"It is beautiful," she agrees. Maybe it's a sad kind of beautiful, but.. it's a nice ceremony all the same. And it feels good to see the gods participating in it as well - it only makes it more clear to Chizuru that the gods really do care about all the people here to some level.

"But.. ah, I guess it's just my opinion, but I really do think it's doing something good." Although her wording is slightly hesitant, her tone seems a bit more confident. Even though she's not sure if everyone would agree, Chizuru believes in what she's saying, and she glances from the water back to him. "It's really sad when people die. But.. I think that when people die, they at least really appreciate being remembered. So there's still a part of them that lives on in people's hearts."
