That voice on the other end of the line is an annoyed one, but honestly, he's sure he's not alone in this. Fighting demons along his own line has been hard and annoying, and while he's all for a challenge, it's not as fun when you're lacking all the powers you used to have. He's had a few close calls, and it's really different when you know for a fact that you can die here, and you've seen people you care about die.

A sigh, and Nero lolls his head to the side, eyes glancing to the carnage of the tree all around him, finger tapping on his leg in an unheard rhythm.
