For a panicked moment, Wei Wuxian can't decide. If he takes more medicine he'll be even less alert, unable to watch out for enemies, unable to assist Lan Zhan with Suibian even to a small degree. And if he doesn't, he might faint, becoming dead weight in Lan Zhan's arms, or find he can't hold back his moans and will give their position away.

He swallows, and then Wei Wuxian reaches out and swallows the pill, too. "Please be careful," he says, folding Lan Zhan's hand inside both of his own. "I will keep watch as best I can."
