A little wrinkle formed in her nose, when she smiled. "I don't know a lot about pets," she admitted. "But I think that's ultimately the point. To be friends." That didn't include hunting dogs or horses. But Ariadne didn't like either of them, so she didn't count them as truly pets, anyway.
