Jim smiles a hint. Rayguns sounds a little different from what Jim's used to, but not that different that he can't draw a bridge there. "Yeah. I'm not used to the weaponry here. They have nothing like the phasers I had in my world."

He shrugs. "I've learned to make do, though. I know how to wield a sword and use knives, which is-- an improvement. Better than nothing, I guess. And I've managed to get my bike working."
