Jim's eyes widened a little as she tugged him towards the house, and he followed without argument. She was right anyway, he wouldn't let any kind of injury on her go untreated, no matter how small. And really, he should at least clean up his hand.

"I'm sorry," he offered with a smile, his hand shifting so he could hold onto hers. "I wasn't very careful, you're right. But I'm sure it will heal just fine, especially if you're going to take care of me."
