That's most definitely the honesty curse talking. There are a lot of things she said just now that she wouldn't have minded admitting to Jim in the slightest, but this one is much more of a border case. It rolls off her tongue easily now, even giving him a slightly shy smile, but she'll definitely freak out about it later.

(Honestly, it's not even that big or bad of a thing to admit to, but Chizuru would feel guilty regardless for bothering someone with her personal flaws.)
