Lan Zhan accepts the pastry as he has already refused the flower crown and does not have it in him to refuse Wei Ying anything twice in one day.

"Wei Ying can have anything he wishes," he promises, as always deadly serious about such promises made to Wei Ying. He will have all the wine and rice and spicy food he desires, all that Lan Zhan can provide.
